jeesus.exe is a satirical narrative of the biblical Temptation of Christ, a famous parable where Jesus fasts in the desert for 40 days. While there, he is tempted by Satan, but remains steadfast.

I picked this narrative a semester ago because I thought it might make an interesting experiment; have players play for literally 40 days in the desert. I developed a small gimmick game called 40DAYS and left it for later.

This semester, I revisited 40DAYS and, after more research, decided to develop it into a satirical narrative called jeesus.exe.

The game revolves around a pseudo-technological retelling of the narrative, mostly sticking to the original tale, with a few comedic and creative alterations.
